What we do and don't do
QuoteMe introduces travelers to accommodation providers. It is not a hotel, a villa operator, or a travel agent, and it does not act as an intermediary for payment. Every booking is a contract between the traveler and the partner, on the terms stated in that partner's quote.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to us first — most things are quicker to fix directly. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . A complaint about how we handle personal data can be raised with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
