What QuoteMe is

QuoteMe is a request-based marketplace: you describe a trip once, approved hotel and villa partners send priced offers against it, and you accept the one you want. QuoteMe introduces travelers and partners to each other — it is not itself a hotel, villa, or travel agent, and doesn't take a booking or a payment on either side.

The booking is between you and the partner

Accepting an offer confirms a booking directly with that partner, on the price, board basis, payment terms, and cancellation policy stated in their offer. Payment, check-in/check-out, and the stay itself are handled by the partner. QuoteMe never collects or holds your payment.

Using QuoteMe as a traveler

• Submitting a request and receiving offers is free.
• A request stays open for the period you choose (or a standard default) and can be withdrawn or left to expire at any time before you accept an offer.
• An offer is valid for a limited window — check its stated validity before accepting.
• Requests must describe a genuine trip; we may remove requests submitted in bad faith.

Using QuoteMe as a partner

Partner accounts are reviewed before they can send offers. An offer you send is a real commitment to honor its terms if accepted within its validity window. QuoteMe may charge a commission on completed bookings — this is a cost to the partner, not an amount added to the traveler's quoted price.

Cancellations and disputes

Cancellation terms are set per offer by the partner, not by QuoteMe, and vary between free cancellation, moderate, strict, and non-refundable. Disputes about the stay itself — quality, refunds, changes — are between you and the partner. We're happy to help mediate if something's gone wrong with how the platform itself behaved.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details (password, or access to the email address your magic links are sent to) secure, and for the accuracy of what you submit.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
